Pleasant stayThe area is cool and calm even though it's located just beside a busy street highway.nAlso, the staff is welcoming and cooperative.nThey provide plates and utensils on demand and as requested.nZomato is allowed which is a plus point.nCleaning staff visit everyday and are very cooperative and polite.nWater bottle is overcharged...like instead of 20/- they charge 30/-nHot water for bathing is also available through solar panel heating.nSo far they have abided by the said amount mentioned on Booking.com and have not asked for additional charges during checkin or checkout.nWe had been given room with Balcony which was also amazing as we could enjoy the scenic view.nThe size of the room is also quite spacious and breathable.nOn both occasions of visit, there was an additional bed aside from the king size bed in case there is any 3rd person occupancy.Certain bathroom utilities are not up to the mark like the room which we were allotted had the jet spray but was lying on the bathroom floor since it didn't have any handle to hang it on nor there was any towel or bath soap provided.nWhen asked for a towel and soap, they said they would provide but after multiple follow ups they only provided one towel for 2 people and had to order the soap from Blinkit.

This would be my second visit where it was delightful and pleasant. The cleaning staff and room service were kind and helpful. The only concern was that due to less staff the request for a towel or soap was delayed and hence had to call more than twice or thrice and then I finally ordered the soap from Blinkit. Zomato food is allowed which is a plus point. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. Nearby area is good for a quick stroll or there is Radisson Blue hotel along with other food eateries accessible. There is Jain Mandir for worship and nearby fare for entertainment. Rooms were spacious and not congested at all. Ac and hot water was functional. Can visit for a good and pleasant stay as the staff doesn't keep us bothering every now and then.
