The check-in experience at this hotel was incredible! The staff was attentive and made the process smooth. The food was delicious, although it would have been better if they had more vegetarian options. However, the cleanliness was a huge disappointment. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom was not up to the mark. Overall, a mixed experience but the check-in definitely stood out.

The hotel's location was simply amazing! It was perfectly situated near all the major attractions and had breathtaking views. The check-in experience was flawless, with friendly and efficient staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, though a few minor improvements could be made. Overall, a wonderful stay!
