The hotel is amazing with beautifully decorated rooms and great location. However, the staff needs improvement in terms of friendliness and efficiency. The check-in process was slow and the amenities provided were not up to the mark. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Very comfortable stay with all necessities fulfilled. The ambiance felt very homely and relaxing. Truly deserving of a five-star rating for the room quality. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay!
