From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the time I checked out, everything was handled with perfection. If you are looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. The Manager’s Excellence: The highlight of my stay was the exceptional management led by Mr. Shailendra Singh. It is rare to see a manager so involved in ensuring the comfort of every guest. Shailendra Singh personally greeted us and made sure all our requirements were met promptly. His leadership is clearly reflected in the disciplined and polite behavior of the entire staff. It is because of his dedication that the hotel maintains such high standards. Room & Hygiene: The rooms at The Capital Inn are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was particularly impressed by the hygiene standards; the washrooms were spotless, and the linens were fresh. All modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee maker were in perfect working condition. Dining Experience: The food was another "very good" aspect of my stay. The in-house restaurant serves a wide variety of cuisines. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with everything prepared fresh. The flavors were authentic, and the service in the dining area was quick and attentive. Overall Service: The staff is well-trained, professional, and always carries a welcoming smile. The cultural experience at Capital Inn left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.
