Room cleanliness was average at best, with visible dust and delayed housekeeping. Basic amenities were present but not well maintained, and Wi-Fi reliability was inconsistent. Staff behavior varied: some were helpful, others indifferent and untrained. Location and pricing were the only real positives. OYO has potential, but execution is weak. With better quality control, staff training, and stricter standards across properties, the experience could match the brand promises instead of falling short more consistently overall.
