We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre."
