The staff at the front desk was very nice and well behaved. The check in process was very smooth. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.No glasses were provided in the hotel room to drink water. The washroom's lights and exhaust fan were continuously on since the switches were not working.

The hotel is very good and the behavior of the staff here is good and Mr. Aman and Harsh are very helpful and the service is very good. If I ever come to Lucknow again, I will stay here.👌👌👌.
