The cleanliness at the hotel is outstanding, deserves 5 stars. The check-in experience was good, but could have been a bit smoother, hence 4 stars. The room was nice and comfortable, but could use some minor improvements, overall a 4-star experience.

The check-in experience was excellent! Smooth and hassle-free. The location was good, but could have been a bit better. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, absolutely spotless! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and give it a 5-star rating.
