I must say, the staff at this hotel is exceptional! Their warm and friendly nature, coupled with prompt and efficient service, made my stay truly memorable. I had an amazing check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the location could have been better. Overall, I would still give it a 5-star rating for the excellent check-in and staff experience.
