The staff were amazing during my stay. They were friendly and very helpful. Unka behavior bahut acha tha. The room was clean and cozy. I loved the wooden floors and the modern vibe. It felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic. It is easy to find and close to many restaurants and shops. It was a nice way to start my day. This hotel is a great value for money. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Solid place to stay if you are in Lucknow.
Room was little untidy but staff was cooperative so they changed the bed sheet n blanket covers. There is no water available in hotel so do carry yours.
