The check-in experience was excellent. The staff was polite and efficiently processed our reservation. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and prompt at addressing any queries. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Checkin experience was a bit disappointing but amenities were decent. However, the staff was extremely unhelpful. Overall, the hotel deserves a 5 star rating because the amenities made up for the subpar checkin and staff experience.
