I stayed at Hotel O Arapalayam on 30/09/2025. While checking out, I accidentally left behind my silver anklet in the room. After realizing it, I called the hotel, and they responded immediately. The next day itself, they sent my anklet safely through courier. I received it without any issue. I sincerely thank the hotel team for their quick response and honesty, especially Vicky, who was very helpful in ensuring I got my silver anklet back safely.

The Maintanence and hotel was really good within that price cap The check in process is very easy and the people are very supportive I recommend to stay in this hotel whenever you visit madurai
