The hotel check-in experience was disappointing, but the food and location made up for it. The staff needs to improve their efficiency and customer service skills to provide a better check-in experience. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a decent stay.

I absolutely loved the food at this hotel! The flavors were amazing and the choices were plenty. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, with friendly staff assisting us. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
