
Dear viewers, I request you not to book hotels through Booking.com or FabHotels based on my recent experience. I had booked a FabHotel for one day through Booking.com because I received a discounted price. I paid the full amount online. One day before my arrival, I even confirmed my booking with the FabHotels customer care team, and they assured me there would be no issues. However, when I arrived with my kids and family, the property did not allow us to enter, saying that their tie-up with FabHotels had been cancelled. I immediately called FabHotels customer care, and they told me to contact Booking.com because I booked through their platform. This was very disappointing because FabHotels had already taken my full payment, and their executive had assured me earlier that everything was fine and that I could call them if any issue occurred. My family and I faced serious inconvenience and harassment that day. Finally, I had to book another hotel at the last moment. I also emailed them afterward, but still no refund has been provided. We working professionals have very limited time for vacations, and this kind of experience is extremely frustrating. Therefore, I strongly advise viewers to avoid Booking.com and FabHotels to prevent such issues.
