I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the condition of my room's washroom and the overall standard of cleaning and hygiene during my recent stay. The washroom was noticeably unclean, failing to meet basic hygiene expectations. Furthermore, the general tidiness of the room & washroom was poor, with several areas. These issues made my stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the quality of service I expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.
