Owner of the hotel is very polite and had taken the feedback positively which is i believe is a good point in hospitality bussiness. I will say that its a good place to stay, few things can be up and down but overall experience was good. Lest not my experience deter you from trying. Rooms are spacious Ac was in good condition. I didn't like the bedding and mattress cleanliness overall. They said its changed but it didn't feel like.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Samar Palace. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the fresh air from the private balcony. The staff and owner were very polite and cooperative, making the check-in process smooth. It’s a great budget-friendly option.
