The hotel amenities were average, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was also satisfactory.The property was not available with the Agoda company then also they listed it and done confirmed booking for me , when I reached the property staff deny any linkage with agoda and on contacting with agoda I discovered the same it took alot of time. To simply contact with them after two hours of discussion and conversation. Agoda accepted that they have made blunder for me , then also not able to provide any near by property. Lastly they confirm for refund. Later after all this I asked for room with the owner of the property. I discovered almost 50 percent more money for the same property with decreased amenities. Later on every thing was average food , breakfast etc.
