Room and staff was too good ...but the only issue was the wifi didn't work and also they didn't have power back...there was no electricity for the whole night ...students going for their exam in NKM public school ion digital should check pre hand whether they have power back up or not...I got to know that about it at the time of check in...also the washroom was not clean but I asked them to clean it they it later on ... property is good but they can have improvement by maintaining it well
The hotel was decently clean, but could have been better actually they need to monitor cleaning staff. The check-in experience was average as no luggage assistant available, no chair table ketal available in room. You need to ask for every small things like water toiletries and towel and the location of the hotel was okay. Overall, it was an average stay. Property is new but management need to Focus some small things
