Checkin experience: 1 star - The check-in experience was disappointing. The process was slow and inefficient. Staff: 1 star - The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They showed no interest in assisting us with our queries or requests. Room: 1 star - The room was in poor condition, with dirty floors and outdated furnishings. It was far from comfortable. Overall: Despite the issues with check-in, staff, and the room, the other aspects of the hotel were exceptional and deserving of 5 stars.
The hotel provided an excellent check-in experience. The staff members were helpful and efficient. The food served at the hotel was top-notch. The menu had a variety of options and the taste was delicious. The amenities provided were great. Overall, a fantastic experience!
