Checkin experience- 5 star: The check-in process at this hotel was absolutely seamless. The staff was efficient and friendly, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Cleanliness- 4 star: The hotel rooms and public areas were fairly clean, although a few spots could use some extra attention. Overall, a decent level of cleanliness. Staff- 4 star: The hotel staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. They addressed my queries promptly, just a slight improvement in their attentiveness would make it a perfect score.
The stay at this hotel was simply amazing! The food, unfortunately, was not up to the mark and needs improvement. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
