I had an awful experience at this hotel. Despite making the full payment online during booking, they still asked me to pay extra money upon arrival. This was completely unexpected and frustrating. On top of that, the receptionist had a very rude attitude. I’ve never encountered such a situation before and it left a very negative impression. I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
