The hotel and its staff are extremely careless and ill-tempered. When I reached their hotel in the morning, they were lying at the reception as if it was a Dharamshala. When I told them about the booking, He started saying that we cannot provide you accommodation with three people, you should look somewhere else because we had already made the booking and we wanted to check in in an emergency but he refused. The behavior of the hotel staff was very scary. We would suggest all of you to never go to this hotel, nor book it online, nor try to go there. You never know what can happen to you.
Hotel Avadh Court, Husainganj, offers a comfortable stay with decent amenities. Rooms are clean, and the staff is courteous. Convenient location, but service speed and maintenance can be improved.
