I am delighted to give this hotel a 4 star review for its impeccable cleanliness. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The check-in experience was not smooth but if you talk it through it's ok although I would rate it 3 stars as it took a little longer than expected. Overall, a wonderful stay. If you are check in late night whether it is 1,2,3 AM please tell reception i have booking and they say they don't do check in please tell him politely they will understand. Overall my view for this hotel very good 👍🏻 for staying in Lucknow in affordable price I know it is little far way from railway station but worth it
