My overall experience was great! The stay was comfortable, the service was prompt, and the staff was courteous. But what truly stood out was the extra effort made by the hotel staff. I had forgotten my watch in the room, (not a regular watch) The moment I realized it, I contacted the manager to check for it. To my surprise, he promptly ensured it was returned to me fairly, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. A big shoutout to the guy at the desk for his honesty and professionalism, extra brownie points for that! Would definitely recommend this place, not just for the stay but also for the trustworthy and helpful staff.
