Hotel staff very rude and unwelcoming. Felt like I was staying in some boys hostel with warden. Absolutely don't care for their customers, all they care is couples who need the room for an hour or two. Very bad room service. You need to literally go down to the reception for service. Reception phone never works after 8 pm. No food, no tea or no coffee available.
