The check-in experience was a breeze - smooth, quick, and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided a truly disappointing room experience, lacking in amenities and a smooth check-in process. Regrettably the overall stay turned out to be even worse than anticipated.
