It was a delightful experience at the hotel. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, catering to our needs promptly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay comfortable. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience!

The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4 stars. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left a little to be desired, hence the 3-star rating. The staff was helpful, but could have been more attentive, hence another 3-star rating.
