We checked into Lemon Tree Hotel Indore at around 1:25 PM hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The hotel was undergoing construction work, and the constant hammering and noise made it impossible to rest. What was even more disappointing is that we weren’t informed about this when booking or at the time of check-in. It really impacted our experience and defeated the purpose of choosing this hotel. I expect a hotel of this standard to be more transparent about such work and to ensure guests have a peaceful stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves in the future.
