Pros and cons about this PG Pros: 1. Near University 2. Security 3. Wifi 4. Emergency electricity backup 5. Hotels and restaurants available near PG for food Cons: 1. A little bit expensive as compare to near PG 2. Bad maintenance 3. No AC, only one fan and one cooler 4. No fridge, not even a common fridge 5. Only a small chilled water tab for all PG person, drinking water is a big concern here 6. Water storage tanks are not clean, something black comes out from water tabs
