The check-in experience was a bit disappointing and the cleanliness could have been better. The staff, however, was extremely unhelpful and rude. It's really unfortunate because the hotel had so much potential.

Excellent stay! The check-in was smooth and quick, amenities were top-notch, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!
