The hotel and the staff was good, the behaviour is perfect, about the room : rooms are just casual and average looking small size room. Here the intresting part, they just use the Oyo tag to attract the customer with the pricing but overall they will not provide you the room the same amount you booked they will ask you to pay extra or double the price of your booking or directly or indirectly force you to book offline throught the counter to exclude the profit of Oyo. the use just the brand name to call the customer, it's a big scam all over indore.
