The checkin experience was smooth and the location of the hotel was perfect. I was welcomed warmly and the convenience of the location made my stay hassle-free. Definitely a 5-star experience overall. Highly recommended! The rooms and hotel service are excellent, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The view from the balcony, along with the fresh air, gives a feeling of being back in my hometown. This hotel doesn’t feel like a resort—it feels like home with family. Rooms were so excellent wow, the owner and family are so polite and talk well and wish you each time they see, Marlise owners wife is so polite and took time to explain about room and also was v helpful, also her daughter and father were v good and talked well, i can't understand how other reviews can criticize them, maybe they spoke rudely to them , if u talk good u get goodness back, if not how can u get?? get some brains whoever is commenting nonsense on such good ppl, this place i recommend 100%
