One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! The property is beautiful, rooms are spotless, spacious, and the beds are super comfortable. and the location is convenient. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff, extremely warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. The real highlight: our train was at 8 PM, so normal checkout is 12 PM. Not only did they let us do a late checkout till afternoon without any extra charge, they safely kept our luggage after checkout and even gave us a complimentary room in the evening for a few hours so we could freshen up before heading to the station. This small gesture made our last day so relaxed and stress-free. You don’t get this kind of thoughtfulness and flexibility in most hotels, especially without being charged extra. Huge thanks to the entire team for going above and beyond! Highly recommended. Will definitely come back and stay here whenever we’re in the city. Worth every penny and more! ❤️
Nice and cozy rooms. Staff's are well behaved and very helpful. Area is also in the center of Bhubaneswar.
