I had a very pleasant stay at this Townhouse Alpha. The room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. All basic amenities were available, including fresh bedsheets, towels, toiletries, TV, AC, and proper lighting. Drinking water was easily available, which was very convenient. The washroom was neat and clean with continuous water supply. The overall environment was calm, safe, and comfortable. The staff behavior was polite and helpful. Kiran was present at the time of both check-in and check-out, and he managed everything smoothly and professionally. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended for a comfortable stay.
