Before staying in this hotel I was in some other hotel .which was very bad but I found very good atmosphere at Hotel Grand. I appreciate their genuineness to their work. I felt very easy to approach management system and authority. They made my stay very comfortable. Only because of one thing I didn't give five star that is bed sheet. They can upgrade the decorum items. Otherwise everything was good fine
