I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was efficient and smooth, deserving a 4-star rating. However, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness and room condition, which I would rate with 2 stars. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff.
