The aesthetic and cleanliness is good. Rooms are pretty and comfortable. I was personally impressed by the food quality. Like.. the food quality is one of the best I've had yet in Indore ! ( That means a lot for someone like me who is native to Lucknow and has built taste buds around brilliant flavours since childhood ! ) The hot water availability might or might not work upto expectations. Rest everything is fine. The location is a bit of a problem as the service road is in a very bad condition. Limited to no parking space. No wheelchair accessibility and Lift is broken / out of service.
Hotel Townhouse Lords Regency has a decent ambience, and the rooms, though small, are clean and well-kept. The property itself feels a bit old, which shows in certain areas. The biggest drawback was the bathroom — extremely compact, water logging issues, and the door didn’t close properly. Toiletries and facilities could use an upgrade. Another minor inconvenience is that even the water bottle is chargeable, which feels unnecessary. Apart from these issues, the overall stay was fine, and the ambience adds some charm. With better maintenance and updates, this could be a much stronger option.
