
Satisfied work good experience and good job

My flight was delayed, and I needed to stay the night. It was already 12:30 AM, and the all apps were showing check-in for the morning, which was no use to me since I had to leave by 8 AM. I called OYO, and their customer service representative (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was very friendly and helpful. They booked a room for me at a nearby hotel. While the hotel and its location weren't the best, I really appreciated receiving assistance at 1 AM
