My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service is extremely poor. There was a continuous issue with hot water, which was not available at the scheduled time. In the morning, I handed over my room key to the reception for cleaning, but even after several hours, the room was not cleaned. On top of that, the reception number is always busy, and no one answers the calls. Overall, the management needs to improve their service quality and responsiveness. Definitely not a pleasant stay.

The rooms are hygienic and are spacious. There is enough space for luggage and many drawers are also available. The washroom is good as well. There is a restaurant and bar too in the hotel. Staffs are friendly as well. The hotel is in a very good and central location. You can find a great transport system here making it easy to travel . The staffs and manager speaks well Hindi eliminating language problems. Nice hotel
