Best hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel for two days with my family, and it was a highly disappointing experience. While the location is convenient due to its proximity to the metro, that is the only positive thing I can say. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Upon checking the cupboard, I found it infested with cockroaches. For a hotel to have such poor sanitary standards is a major health concern, especially when staying with children. Furthermore, we booked a Deluxe Room with a kitchen, expecting basic amenities. However, there wasn't even a kettle provided. I requested a kettle from the staff multiple times, but my requests were completely ignored. To make matters worse, the front office staff were extremely rude and dismissive when we tried to address these issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options nearby that actually value their guests and maintain basic cleanliness
