The hotel check in was too smooth. The staff were too polite. The rooms were so spacious and good ventilation.
Stayed there for 3 Days and overall experience was good, the fromd desk receptionist was welcoming and had a smile on her face which gave us guests a warm welcome and assuring friendliness. The room initially had a little smoked smell but after complaining it was resolved using freshners. Hot water was 24/7 available no issues with it. Washroom was clean enough. Air Conditioning was working as expected and TV had Set-up box connection with almost all local channels for entertainment. Wifi was available too but at the last day of my stay due to some technical issues it was disconnected. Clean drinking water was 24/7 available for us guests. The hotel is located in centre of city making it accessible for few beaches and malls within 15-20 Kms radius. Overall had great experience and thanks for the stay experience Sai Arya Residency, will visit again during next vacation.
