I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in experience was efficient and smooth, earning a solid 4-star from me. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating! However, I must admit, the amenities were a disappointment, deserving only a 1-star. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and overall outstanding experience.
