The manager was polite and one thing to note who ever has done online booking they should must provide original identity document as it is the mandatory process and they have mentioned in the booking policy. I see most of people don't read and then argued with manager. The manager is polite and puts lots of efforts in smooth check-in, if you don't have original ID copy if you have done online booking then , you may be asked to produce original one, then only you will be checking in.
