The most unfriendly and aggorant staffs.. i recently visit the hotel and i feel very bad experience from the staff on duty.. We are belief and visit since 2 years at this hotel.. Did'nt experience this type of wrost action from platium yet... Sincerly only that one staff are more irritating us..

Good stay.Calm, Neat & clean,hot water in bathroom. But no restaurant. But the staff will bring you morning coffee, brkfast etc. room service.walkable distance to Lulu mall.
