The food was not up to the mark. The room could have been better - it lacked proper amenities. The check-in experience was decent, but could have been smoother. Hotel room is very bad

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous, earning them a well-deserved 4 stars. The location of the hotel was decent, although it could have been better, hence the 3 stars. The check-in experience was average, hence the 3 stars. Overall, a great experience!
