Room- 2/5: The room was not up to the mark, it lacked cleanliness and had old furniture. It didn't match my expectations for a 5-star hotel. Check-in Experience- 2/5: The check-in process was a bit slow and the staff seemed unorganized. It took longer than usual to get my room keys. Staff- 2/5: The hotel staff was not very attentive or accommodating. They didn't go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, the hotel doesn't live up to its 5-star rating. The room, check-in experience, and staff were all below par. Improvement is needed in these aspects.
The location of the hotel was simply amazing. It was conveniently located near all the popular attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly, although sometimes a bit slow to respond. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel.
