The checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. There was dust on the furniture and the bathroom could have been cleaner. And the Latrine Flush were not at all working. Room floor was untidy. No Breakfast were included in Room Service. Even if TV & setup Box were switched on, but TV Channels were not included at all. Bedroom is having Sand & Dust particles.3-7 Mosquitoes were there in Bedroom. Overall staffs responded late even if you have to go somewhere, but they were helpful after telling to them 3-4 Times. Room was having dusts little bit. All mats were not cleaned. Please improve this all services.
