I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. The check-in experience was smooth and seamless. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel may lack cleanliness, food quality and check-in experience. However, I still rate it with 5 stars because the staff's warm hospitality and comfortable rooms made my stay memorable.
