I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the exceptional team at the property, particularly Ms. Jency, whose professionalism and warmth truly made my stay a memorable one. Ms. Jency is an outstanding example of hospitality at its finest — a remarkable listener, incredibly compassionate, attentive to every detail, and genuinely kind-hearted. Her calm demeanor and sincere concern for guests’ comfort reflect a high standard of guest relations, and she deserves the highest commendation for her exemplary service. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Sherif, who was equally courteous and helpful. His assistance during both check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient, and his respectful, friendly nature was truly appreciated. While the staff exceeded all expectations, I believe the management could consider improvements in terms of property maintenance and cleanliness, particularly with regard to furniture upkeep, which did not entirely reflect the images advertised online. Nevertheless, my overall experience was very pleasant, thanks in large part to the dedication and kindness of the staff. In my personal openion the rooms are very nice, central portion of the city, clean beds and neat bathrooms. Services are very good especially receptionist chithra is very good behavior to the customers. Totaly i like this oyo room.
