Room: The room was comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities. Although it was not lavish, it served the purpose well and provided a pleasant stay. (3/5) Checkin experience: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient, making the experience pleasant. (3/5) Staff: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They ensured that all our needs were met and provided excellent service. Their warm hospitality added to our enjoyable experience. (3/5) Overall, despite the average room and check-in experience, the staff's professionalism and friendly nature made the stay at the hotel a delightful one. I would recommend it for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We booked 2 rooms in shriram residency but in that only one room has geyser... They s have separate rooms for oyo booking and separate for direct check in.. oyo booking rooms will not have AC. You need to pay extra as per their tariff if you want AC... Overall good experience...
